Bush urged to block Mexican military Agents cite rash of incursions

The U.S. Border Patrol's largest union local has asked President Bush to put an end to the scores of Mexican military incursions into the United States that have put Border Patrol agents at risk of being injured or killed. "It is disgraceful that Border Patrol agents are put in harm's way and our government doesn't do everything reasonably within its power to protect us from marauding Mexican soldiers and others," said Edward "Bud" Tuffly II, head of Local 2544 of the National Border Patrol Council (NBPC) in Tucson. "Without a forceful response to these illegal incursions, an agent will eventually be seriously wounded or killed. It is only a matter of time," Mr. Tuffly said. "The incursions will not stop until the Mexican military units and their commanders are held accountable for their actions." In a letter Saturday to Mr. Bush, Mr. Tuffly asked the president to "take a strong stand against" Mexican military incursions.

I’m having a hard time understanding why any soldier of any foreign country setting foot inside the USA uninvited is not an egregious act of war...

That the president needs to be urged about this is truly disturbing.

Absolutely appalling.

the United States of America is quickly becoming an international zone based on corporate interests which is willing to bend and fold to anyone and everyone who holds an interest in financial matters on our soil

Why are Mexican military personnel coming into the US, anyway?

There should already be standing orders to destroy in place any unit of the Mexican army found uninvited on American soil.

They're facilitating human and drug smuggling.

Three words: North American Union. Michael Medved told me not to worry about it.

Friendliness with Mexico is at the core of Bush’s being.

North American Union?
The Amero?
New World Order?

This has been one of Bush’s most disappointing aspects. We want the borders enforced and we DON’T want the Mexican military, druglords, or illegal immigrants crossing it with ease.

“In a letter Saturday to Mr. Bush...”

By now, a TPS cover sheet has been attached to it, several copies made and all carefully filed away in the round file.

My government teacher in 12th grade said he wouldn’t be surprised if in our lifetime Mexico and the US (possibly Canada) merged. I don’t know if he WANTED it but it was still scary to think about.

Because the invader is Mexico; the invaded is the United States; we mustn't do anything to impede the creation of the North American Union; and the man charged with defending our sovereignty is Bush.

Any more questions?

How dare you criticize our president!
Bush: The right man for the right time!

What a disappointment he has been. What happened to the Republican Party that actually stood for American and conservative values?

Three words: North American Union. Michael Medved told me not to worry about it.

But, Mike Medved has "an encyclopedic mind." (At least that's what he used to say when I could still stand to listen to him.)

(When I learned that Medved was pro-amnesty, I realized he wasn't a conservative and stopped listening to him.)
