I did get a call from the Denver PD’s convention task force about the Michelle dust-up. The spokesman, a Lt. Saundier, told me that the behavior of the police at the Mint on Monday was not acceptable procedure, and he invited both Michelle and me to file charges. Please do Michelle, that was inexcusable as well as criminal on both Jones and the police for not doing their duty. I am used to confrontations during my career but to see what you had to put up with was frightening to say the least.
Terroristic threats, assault, several charges are justified and he needs to be held accountable, as well as the police.
Put him in that Internment Camp he talks about. It was “Built just for people like him”.

As to the first part, not a reason in the world that I could see. I can't find a single reason that you shouldn't in a principled way —there may be some practical considerations, such as do you know how (laughter from audience)
—you know, often these things are processes. It's not just an impulse. And certainly it's not just an event.
And the simple answer, although it probably should be more complicated, but I'm not being flip and giving the simple answer, is:
You carry the weapon. That's how they don't see it coming. You're the one...
They talk about "color blind or blind to your color." You said it yourself.
You don't send the Black Liberation Army into Wall Street to conduct an action.
You don't send the American Indian Movement into downtown Seattle to conduct an action.
Who do you send? You. Your beard shaved, your hair cut close, and wearing a banker's suit.

I thought the police were suppose to be protecting against this sort of thing. What that big bully did to Michelle was totally uncalled for. He should have been arrested on the spot for threatining to kill her.
Not that I’m defending that crazy jackass, but I don’t think Jones was the one threatening to kill her. There’s a guy near him, in a green shirt, who started the “Kill Michelle Malkin” chant. They should both be arrested. And the cops who watched it and did nothing should be fired (at a minimum).
Recently the daffy duo discussed how VP Cheney ordered the construction of boats that matched Iranian boats. The VP's plan was to order Navy Seals to man the boats and attack the U.S. fleet off the coast of Iran. Of course, the boats would be blown out of the water killing all Seals -- but the Bush-Cheney cabal would have its excuse to go to war with Iran.
A cursory look at one of Jones' sites reveals that he was defending America against the evil Ms Malkin. The columnist (not Jones) ends by saying, "It was a good thing, Alex getting up in her face. It was good Alex and company chased the little darling of Faux News down the street and back to her hotel. It was the least they could do."
I think that the Jones supporters were shouting what they really wanted to do.
Jones will soon be sharing with a nodding Norry and an audience of millions tales of his bravery facing off against Cheney neo-com secret agent Malkin and hundreds of Cheney-Halliburton thugs.
The long haired guy was assaulted by Jones. Terroristic threat toward Michelle. All on video.
Thanks for that, I guess I assumed it was Jones, but like you say, they both need arresting and the cops fired. We’ve seen that at SF during the Troop support efforts, cops not responding, doing nothing, same in other places.
In other incidents, they were clear-cut, no “borderline” stuff and they needed to take action, hey, that’s what they’re given all the authority for, not for just hassling little ladies and doling out parking tickets, well, we’re taking REVENUE there, so that might be a priority.
