Good! Thanks for posting, it didn’t take the jury long to decide and that’s good too.

In a way it’s kind of pitiful that a highly advanced society would have to spend millions and millions of dollars and take months and months of somber debate and contemplation, and appoint a special committee of 12 very carefully vetted people to decide that question. Any six-year-old child could give you the correct answer in two seconds flat over cookies and milk.

Thank God! I’ve been following that here in northern Idaho. What a sick, perverted man. I pray they do it fast and don’t let him linger.

its insanity...surely a sign that our civilization is nearing its downfall....when it is required that not only do we need to go thru lengthy trials....I'll grant that....but after conviction to have a jury decide IF the defendant is eligible for the DP and then come back a 2nd time to decide IF he should get it....all this after he is already convicted of 3 other murders.

waste of time and money....

are we truly all children of God?.....can God forgive this animal, have mercy on him, spare him hell?......

What does God expect us to do?....letting this animal roam the earth for this long has cost so many children their lives, their souls....not to mention the adults he has murdered....

He’s a mad dog. No redeemable human qualities in this piece of garbage. I hope he gets disposed of quickly. Like now.

How many people has this sick bugger killed in his lifetime?

I think the count was 10 to 13, including the three(?) that police think might have been him, but don’t have direct evidence and Duncan didn’t confess to.

As LLMF said, Duncan is a mad dog. I'll put down a mad dog without even thinking about it. It's better for the dog than letting him go on like that. It's safer for people around the dog as well.

It's not the dog's fault he's mad. Might be a disease..or whatever. Doesn't make a difference the dog is still mad, and is not going to be cured.

The only solution is quickly putting it down and being done with it.

I don't believe God will fault us in our actions on that.

Woa...are you sure he killed 10 to 13 kids/people?
I know he killed 5 people...two adults and three kids.

Lets see, Shasta's mom and step-dad, two brothers, one over in California. Then there is three over in Washington that have been linked to him (will have to find the link might have been two), but not enough evidence to take to trial.

So guess that's eight. Was thinking there were two others but might have been counting the not enough evidence ones twice.

I did not know he was linked to three victims in Washington.
He’s vile, and I want that doctor in Florida who helped Duncan get out of jail to be investigated as well.

Well, I personally believe that we don’t know the exact number, because he’s one of those sickos who got away with stuff and is finally getting nailed. But at least 6 that I remember. (Includes the family from Sandpoint and another 2 in California I think)

What a shame that he wasn’t killed as a baby in a car accident before he had a chance to torture other kids.

Your link's fine.

HERE

I don't think Mr. Duncan is going to be with us all that long. Federal rap, one automatic appeal and unless he wants to play games, that's it. No messing around with this guy.

I'm glad I wasn't on the jury.
