Otherwise, hello President 0bama.

The greater of the two evils. Just what God wants?

Your pious arguments could help Obama, and that would be disasterous for America.

Screw the GOP. Let it die like the Whigs.

With the latest moves to Schwarzeneggerize the GOP platform with Global Warming nonsense and big-spending programs for bogus energy fantasies, and going soft on illegal immigration in the image of John McCain's world of "God's Children," I'd say the GOP is committing suicide.

They are ensuring their own defeat. If I wanted to vote for a liberal, I'd be a Democrat.

To paraphrase Voltaire, the best is the enemy of the good.

To paraphrase God,"...lest innocent blood be shed in the midst of your land which the LORD your God is giving you as an inheritance, and thus guilt of bloodshed be upon you."

If we can survive eight years of the Clintons, I think an Obama administration will be a breeze.

B-HO is light-years to the left of Bill Clinton. The fact that the Republic survived 8 years of the latter is in no way an indication that it could surive even 4 of the former. ...especially if B-HO works with a Dem majority congress.

To you pro-abort is equal to embryonic stem cell research. I don’t think it’s God who is guiding you.

I think that many are tempted to think that Obama is the Antichrist, but I’m not sure. He’s bad news for anything resembling prosperity, peace or concord, but all that is just Jimmy Carter on steroids. To be the Antichrist, he’s really got to come across as sincere to actual believing Christians. You see much of that? So long as actual Christians with more than a nodding acquaintance of their own Scripture keep turning their backs on him, he’s just a wannabe Abaddon.

Not that he won’t be a real pain, but he won’t be the end of the world.

Here is what you’ll get if McCain is elcted:

A shutdown of conservative speech.
Expanded, government-funded embryonic stem-cell research.
More justices like Stevens and Souter.
Massively higher Federal spending.
Open borders and amnesty.
And many ohter disasters.

Remember, McCain, too, has received funding from Soros (through one of hsi organizations.) Remember all the reasons we opposed him in the primaries? They’re still valid.

Both of them are the taking of the innocent life of a human being. Would you care to explain scripturally where I am off base - or are you just more comfortable casting aspersions against Christians?

Let’s see. You continually go out of your way to tear down John McCain, who won the Republican nomination whether you like it or not. It says it right there in every one of your posts, no to McCain. Now in the real world in which most of us live, and in which 15+ candidates have been narrowed down to two, no to McCain means yes to Obama whether you like it or not.

I can only assume that you know how our two party system and nomination process works, therefore it stands to reason that you would see how your obsessive denunciation of McCain is an implied approval of Obama. Then again, maybe you don’t understand...

Oh, I'm really scared.

My love for country can NOT TOLERATE McCain!

With McCain as our nominee, who needs enemies?

When the GOP or McCain ask for money to support McCain, print and send them one of these.

Vote Bob Barr.

Idealistically more dangerous, but without the vast network of support that the Clintons had.

If Obama succeeds in mobilizing the college student vote, it'll be a one time thing. There's no way they're going to stay invested in politics for four whole years. The Republicans, on the other hand, will have a reason to get out and vote.

McCain is polling 85 percent on the republican base!

He will pick up the other 15 when the rest consider the potential risk of having a potential muslim in the White House.

We know Obama has a past filled with shadows.

I completely agree and the text is entirely appropriate, but don’t you think that boat has already sailed? With 40 million babies destroyed for convenience, America is already in the divine dock. How will doing anything that elects an avid supporter of even further murderous bloodshed be anything other than unintended complicity in the bloodletting. I will not immanentize the eschaton. I will vote for McCain and be on record as having stood against the complete socialization of America.

McCain would appoint judges who are much more likely to protect (most of) the unborn than the judges Obama would appoint.

Maybe not. Remember, he told suppoorters that he would not appoint justices like lito "because that guy wears his conservatism on his sleeve." (And justices like Alito, Scalia, Thomas, and Roberts are more likely to overturn his signature legislative achievement, the McCain-Feingold Anti-Free Speech Act, given an opportunity.

And remember, it was Republicans promising "strict constructionists" who gave us Earl Warren, William Brennan, Harry Blackmun, John Paul Stevens, David Souter, and others like them.

Let's get back to what made this country great.

Well, we have at least two, plus family members. We're on a roll... ;-)
