But give credit where credit is due. Sen. Biden is much more than just a gaffe machine, the consummate Washington insider, a verbose defender of the status quo and now Sen. Barack Obama's running mate.
Sen. Biden is a racist, plagiarizing, tax-and-spend liar who helped Ted Kennedy introduce "bork" to the lexicon in 1987. And as chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee from 2001-03, he abetted in the resurgence of anti-U.S. socialism in Latin America by letting Sen. Christopher Dodd block the confirmation of key State Department diplomats because they were staunch anti-communists.
For the further edification of the 51 percent of Americans who say they've never heard of Sen. Biden:
He plagiarized a law-school term paper and later a speech by a British politician.
He cultivates a moderate image, but was graded the third most liberal senator by the National Journal. Who's No. 1? Sen. Obama.
While being drubbed by the Dukakis machine in the 1988 Democratic presidential sweepstakes, Sen. Biden falsely claimed to have graduated in the top half of his law-school class when he barely made it out of the bottom 10 percent. He also said he attended law school on a full scholarship, also a lie.
In 2006, he was caught on tape saying Delaware's "largest growth in population is Indian-Americans moving from India. You cannot go to a 7-Eleven or a Dunkin' Donuts unless you have a slight Indian accent. I'm not joking." Trying to ingratiate himself with South Carolina Democrats, he said Delaware was a "slave state that fought beside the North. That's only because we couldn't figure out how to get to the South."
n Until Saturday, he held Sen. Obama in low esteem, as summarized by his campaign ad: "When this campaign is over, political slogans like 'experience' and 'change' will mean absolutely nothing." In January, he condescendingly called Sen. Obama "the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean."
There's so much more, but suffice it to say, Sen. McCain almost couldn't have picked a better running mate for Sen. Obama because in the coming weeks, his opponent will have to spend an inordinate amount of time and energy dislodging Sen. Biden's foot from his mouth.

I find it very interesting that Obama bin Biden are ranked # 1 and # 3 on the most liberal senator list.
And if you recall - just four years ago - Kerry was # 1 and Edwards was # 4.
Dumocrats just don't seem to know that extreme liberalsim is not gonna win them any elections.
Having said that... maybe they can't take solace in knowing that a moderate liberal will in fact win.

How is it that Barak could not send one dollar of his many millions to help his own brother.
You have to remember how 'Rats view the world. It isn't their obligation to use their own money for anything. They use government to tax us and then use our money for the things they want to do. Same thing here. The Obamination won't spend a dime of his own money for his own brother, but will tax the h*ll out of the rest of us so he can send massive amounts of foreign aid (cash payoffs) to other countries.
Obama-Biden is an anagram of Nabob Media. Pass it on...
