I know this article has been posted before, but I would like to explore the Davis/Obama relationship further.

Now we're learning that not only was Barry's 'close personal friend and mentor' in high school in Hawaii a communist but, his own admission, a perverted sex addict who engaged in sordid sexual acts with a 13 year old girl but was also BISEXUAL.

What kind of grandparents introduce a ten year old boy to such a man as Frank Davis?

What do you want to bet that 'those long hours listening to poetry and drinking tea' with Davis was young Barry's initiation into the BI life style?

Do you think it's possible that such a pervert didn't take advantage of the young Barry?

As I have stated before, I once found an article about Frank Davis that stated that he had been in trouble for activities with underage boys, had a preference for 'little brown boys' and had enjoyed a 'long close personal relationship' with the young Barry.

I have always believed that there is something to the Larry Sinclair story. Too much smoke not to be any fire. .

I have to say I thought of the same things after reading this article. I hadn't heard of Marshall's supposed like of "little brown boys" - do you happen have a source for that?

I personally think that Obama's views of his mother were shaped by Davis as well...

< SNIP > Another thing that popped into my head while reading this article was Obama’s commentary on his mother’s relationships with black men. It would appear that Obama’s thoughts about his mother being enamored with black men due to their portrayal in the media of the time, may have instead been directly influenced by his associations with Davis. After all, Davis writes in his book, the following, as reported by The Telegraph:

He boasted that “the number of white babes interested in at least one meeting with a Negro male has been far more than I can handle” and wished “America were as civilised as, say, Scandinavia”. He concluded: “I regret none of my experiences or unusual appetites; for me they are normal.”
