the six-inch arrow. That would not be an arrow, but would more likely be a cross-bow bolt. That's where I would look first. Doesn't even sound like a full-on cross-bow, but one of the smaller, pistol-like versions.

someone might need to be shot in the eye before they move on to human victims.

I truly hope and pray there is a place somewhere one day where these kinds of people who do this kind of thing to. I truly hope and pray that it is so awful that they will beg to be let out but they know there is no chance of being freed. Then turn loose the same kind of animals that these people tortured and hurt and let the perps then see what it feels like to be defenseless and attacked.
I know I should not say those kinds of things but enough is enough. No one should hurt an animal. They are so loyal and love people and just ask for kindness. People who hurt animals are not to be trusted with human beings.

I pray I never see anyone hurting an animal.
Because I will likely end up in prison for beating the leaving hell out of them.

It could have been an accident

I can just see a cat eyeballing an arrow as it falls.
Seriously. I doubt someone shot this cat on purpose

Binhamton’s on one article, Main’s on another. As in “town of”, I guess. And that would explain why the Staties are investigating and not city coppers.
