I don’t believe he has cancer. The makeup on his little red nose is going to melt off any minute. I believe has wet brain, and THAT’s why he had a seizure.
Kennedy’s left arm/hand is bandaged. He was having trouble continuing towards the end of his remarks. I’m afraid this is his last hurrah. He’s old, sick and no matter his failings, I’ll let him have these last cheers without comment.
