The first national poll conducted entirely after Barack Obama publicly named Joe Biden as his running mate suggests that battle for the presidency between the Illinois senator and Republican rival John McCain is all tied up. In a new CNN/Opinion Research Corporation poll out Sunday night, 47 percent of those questioned are backing Obama with an equal amount supporting the Arizona senator. This looks like a step backward for Obama, who had a 51 to 44 percent advantage last month, says CNN Polling Director Keating Holland. Even last week,... |
I’m from Iowa and I agree, totally. They’re slime.

It is the ‘Medical Marijuana’ protest that never got off the ground at the convention. They all started chanting(while hacking up what sounded like hairballs): ‘A Country Divided Will Never Be Defeated’....LOL ?????
It is LAUGH OUT LOUD FUNNY!!
“This looks like a step backward for Obama...”
LOL, ya think?
Make sure you have plenty of RAID as well.
FR may not make it.
It was down last night.
This morning, it is loading slower than molasses in Antarctica.
Maybe we could start predicting the hour and minute it crashes today.
“Convention Conversations” starting on CPAN.

It is going to be a hoot!
Some speakers are not listed as “the honorable...”.
They are going to say the pledge?
The Democratic National Convention Committee (DNCC) and the Obama for America campaign today announced additional details surrounding Monday evenings tribute to honor Senator Edward M. Kennedy. His niece, Caroline Kennedy, will speak to his extraordinary work over the last 46 years on behalf of this country, as well as his future plans in the United States Senate. A video tribute, directed by documentary filmmakers Ken Burns and Mark Herzog, will also portray his love of country, family, politics and the sea.

Bwah hah hah hah hah...
Pledge of Allegiance
Hmmm, I see they're using Navajo Code Talkers. I suppose they reasoned that a Boy Scout troop would be booed and that a Democrat would hesitate to trash a minority group.
What do you want to bet that the Pledge of Allegiance will be on a big teleprompter?
I’m going with your agenda. I like it a lot better than the one that is playing out on TV now.

Are they slighting the Hispanic minority by not letting them do the pledge?
It needs the right music.
I've found the perfect choice for this convention -
"The Crazy World of Arthur Brown"
It was released 40 years ago this month. Perfect! Crank it up loud, especially during Hillary's speech.
