Obama Sued on Grounds he is Constitutionally Ineligible for the Presidency

A prominent Philadelphia attorney and Hillary Clinton supporter filed suit this afternoon in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against Illinois Sen. Barack Obama, the Democratic National Committee and the Federal Election Commission. The action seeks an injunction preventing the senator from continuing his candidacy and a court order enjoining the DNC from nominating him next week, all on grounds that Sen. Obama is constitutionally ineligible to run for and hold the office of President of the United States.

I am of the opinion that Obama was born in Hawaii and he will be able to produce a “Certification of Live Birth” that proves it. However, I still think there is something significant on his “Birth Certificate” that Obama wishes to hide. Of course, Obama may still have some dual citizentry issues.

If I put my tin foil hat on this is a law suit to prove once and for all in a court of law that Obomination was born in the US. The plaintiff is a Slick Eddie operative and filed the suit to make this “conspiracy” around his BC go away.

Someone is going to have to UNSEAL the adoption of Barry Dunham by Lolo Soetoro to get at a Hawaii Birth Certificate, IF one exists. My money is on the birth in Canada at a Unitarian-Universalist home for unwed mothers and then the visit to Mercer Island on the way back to Hawaii. I'm thinking that unless the press can have an unhindered interview with Grandma Dunham, we're not going to have enough facts to make a good call on this. Perhaps the "marriage" angle was just a fable so that Barry wouldn't feel that his birth father rejected him.

What I really do not comprehend about Barry O' is how he has treated Lolo Soetoro with such contempt as to write a book about an absent father and not write one about the man who adopted him, gave him citizenship in Indonesia, and raised him as a "nominal" Muslim. How self-serving and self-absorbed Barry O' is. He hasn't changed. So how can he claim that he's the candidate for "change" when he won't move away from the center of the universe?
