Friday Night greetings to all the denizens of the Freeper Canteen. It's Friday night so that means it's time for the Friday Flyby. Tonights Flyby is brought to you in the best Sesame Street tradition by the number 6. So on with the pics...
First up in the number 6 lineup we have a Polikaparov I-16 courtesy of Warbirds over New Zealand
Next up the Grumman F6F Hellcat formates up with an F8F Bearcat.
The number 3 picture in tonights #6 Flyby is a Convair F-106 Delta Dart. If I am not mistaken that is a Genie missile being launched. I like things that go BOOM:-)
How about a CH-46 Sea Knight to fill in the 4 spot. This one is especially colorful.
A Grumman EA-6B Prowler graces the Canteen this fine Friday evening.
And as we head off into the setting sun what better way than by a pair of F-16 Fighting Falcons.
Well that's it for tonight's Flyby. Hope everybody has great weekend out there and hopefully we will be back for the Saturday Sortie tomorrow night.
Regards

Aloha Alfa6!
F-106......W flew that bird in the TANG. What a lot of folks don't realize is that it packed the AIM 26 or the AIM 47 missiles too. "One way tickets"
