I think he was probably born on US territory, but if he was adopted by an Indonesian that his leftist, Muslim-loving mother married in Indonesia, and he never regularized this, I’d say he’s still a citizen of Indonesia.

If he's deported do you think his anti-American wife will follow him, or will she stay and keep sucking up the slop at the trough?

I can understand the argument (though it's not in accordance with current Supreme Court law) that birth in the US + American Citizen Mom (if under a certain age), isn't enough to make you a citizen.

BUT, IF you are a citizen at Birth, I can't possibly see how being jerked around the world as a kid, voluntarily or involuntarily, by mom, dad, step dad, kidnappers, or whoever, can possibly de-citizenize you.

Imagine that your kid is 100% American. your spouse decides to split when kid is 5, goes to Flyspeckia, marries a Flyspeckian -- your kid's not an American any more?? She can never be President?? I doubt that you would think so.

Goes WITH THE KID -- if that wasn't understood as implied.

According to the folks at Texas Darlin', if Lalo Soetoro legally adopted Barry and gave him Indonesian citizenship when he married Stanley, then Barry lost forever-after his status as "a natural-born citizen of the USA."

After returning from Jakarta to Hawaii, BHO could regain citizenship under INS laws, but it would be as a [re-]"naturalized citizen."

Q.E.D., Barry would be ineligible to run for president.
