Senate Candidate Jim Gilmore Pushes Drilling and Clean Coal
The crowds are getting bigger folks and Jim told me that campaign contributions have really picked up with over 5,000 new donors to the campaign. I told him we are pushing for him. We can't afford to lose this seat to liberal Mark Warner. Please keep helping and if you live or know some one in Virginia strike up a conversation and make sure they know about Jim Gilmore. He cut taxes, signed into law some of the most Pro-Life legislation in the nation, brought the state through the 9-11 economic hit and left the Governorship with a 300 million surplus. He is exactly the kind of conservative we need in the Senate.
Here is a video of Mark Warner's making promises before he was elected governor.
He broke those promises and raised taxes by over a billion dollars and did not complete the phase out of the Virginia car tax as he promised.
He also fought the marriage amendment defining marriage as being between a man and a women.

He had this to say about conservatives:
“One of the things you are going to see is a coalition that is just about completely taken over the Republican Party in this state and if they have their way it's going to take over state government. It is made up of the Christian Coalition, but not just them. It is made up of the right-to-lifers, but not just them. It's made up of the NRA, but not just them. It is made up of the home schoolers, but not just them. It's made up of a whole coalition of people that have all sorts of differing views that I think most of us in this room would find threatening to what it means to be an American.”

Gilmore Slams Mark Warner for Opposing Drilling!
Please take a moment to listen to this. The video isn't great because I took it with my cell phone camera. I took my three kids with me to an event yesterday in Hanover county and had a chance to meet Jim Gilmore and Eric Cantor. It was a great experience and they are two strong conservatives. Eric is still fighting liberal Pelosi and gave a great update and Jim gave this great speech on energy and the differences between him and liberal Mark Warner. The kids posing at the beginning of the video are my three sons. Please take the time to rate this not on video quality but on the message. We are going to turn this race around!

He served in the military, cut taxes, reduced the rate of growth of state government, defended the unborn and this all in addition to bringing the state through the tragedy of 9-11 and he left VA with a 300 million surplus.
Most importantly kept his promises.
The car tax is a proven issue (California: Schwartzenegger and Davis).
New Oil Drilling is a winner, too.

Yep keep pounding it home. It is working across the nation. Also pound the liberals on being liberal. It’s working for Steve Pearce in New Mexico he has cut Udall’s lead in half in just the last month. He is now running 10 points behind and momentum is on his side. Gilmore is going to close the gap with Mark Warner too. The GOP needs to do even more. They need to run some ads against the entire Democrat party. Tie them to obstructing drilling and energy. Make sure the public knows.
