I don’t know .... she just might get away with it.
No body.
No crime.
If she keeps her mouth shut ...
she just might pull this murder off and still look like a
“victim” to others.
Why didn't the police do that?
Checking out financial gain should have been as natural as blinking your eye.
BTW, how much money did he make on the “accident”?
I’d rather fess up on earth than stand before God and have Him punish me for eternity. No where on earth is it as bad as hell for eternity. Prison would be like a holiday for her over hell.
Casey reminds me A LOT of this man. He could look you straight in the eyes and tell you that you were safe with him while he stuck a knife into you - and you'd be believing him while he was killing you!
Neither this man nor Casey have any conscience whatsoever and lie as easily as breathing.
As for the cops - well the only thing that can explain it was they were small town (no offense to small town cops btw) and had never encountered a sociopath before.
His wife was in shock and his entire Christian family backed him up. It was this man's father who told me that he had indeed murdered his son and it took me several decades to finally believe him. It wasn't until I got my hands on the police report and discovered several things that he had never revealed that finally opened my eyes.
It infuriates me beyond words that Casey may very well get away with this.
From the records I found out that he had taken out at least 2 life insurance policies on his wife, daughter, and son (the one he murdered). His wife and daughter never saw a penny of it as he had the checks mailed to his mother.

WOW!
How depressing to see people get away with murder.
In Casey’s situation I don’t think most people believe her. I hope she is hounded. She KNOWS what happened.
This little tramp does not understand that we do not give a rats as about her. All we want from her is to open up and tell us where her kid is.
This Casey makes me ill, if that little girl is dead, she needs the long arm of the law to stick her ass in prison until she rots.
Quite frankly, I am tired of her and her lies. She does not deserve the attention she is getting.
I’ve read somewhere else that when her daughter was pregnant in high school, good ole mom denied it right up until the 7th month when Casey really started to show. This Grandma will lie to the end. Casey’s dad must know she’s lying. He’s a former cop.
If I were a defense attorney in whatever city Casey's Dad used to be a cop in I'd be looking long and hard at any cases he was involved in.
Either he is totally incompetent (and was as a cop) or he knows the system well enough to manipulate it for Casey's sake.
Let's face it. Its possible that he knew what Casey did with Caylee’s body and has made sure that all evidence of her has been destroyed.
All three of them (Casey, Dad, Mom) need to be water boarded!
It infuriates me beyond words that Casey is going to get away with this!
i don’t think the no body = no crime is true in this day and age. correct me if i am wrong but i believe that there are people serving time for murder even though there was never a body found. if you have enough evidence other than a body i good prosecutor will have you found guilty.
