I mean, it – it would essentially bar abortions, because the equal protection clause does not allow somebody to kill a child, and if this is a child, then this would be an anti-abortion statute. For that purpose, I think it would probably be found unconstitutional.
I will NOT forget and many others won't either. The media will try to be surprised when Obama is sent home. Americans don't like to be lied to, even though you can fool liberals almost ALL the time.
50% to 90% of Americans do NOT believe the Warren Commission's finding that one shooter killed President Kennedy. They think there was a high level conspiracy, and they're right.
The MEDIA got mad when they found out that a large percentage of Americans think that Iraq was involved with terorism and 9/11, even after MSM told us repeatedly that Iraq was NOT involved. American are right about that too.
The gov't can LIE about what it wants to lie about & the media falls in line with whatever the powers need to tell us.

Barry I would confidently compare the integrity of any Pro-Lifer to be far better than yours.
No we know we are not perfect. But I think Pro-Lifers are more honest, more Godly, more compassionate, more Patriotic, more humane. Barry, Pro-Lifers are better than you in every way that matters.

The logic in his statement is clear. The only reason he is giving for not wanting to give personhood status to the unborn is that it would end abortions. Nothing about whether an unborn human is a person. Nothing about whether an unborn human should be a person. Nothing about morals or ethics. It is all based on what he says the Constitution says about personhood. And the Constitution says nothing at all about what defines personhood so his premise is without merit. That is the most vacuous argument that could be made.
This is a well researched, fair and legitimate criticism of Obama, that should be repeated often. He should put up as requested or apologize to pro-lifers.
