In the introduction, Mr. Obama acknowledged his use of pseudonyms, composite characters, approximated dialogue and events out of chronological order. He was writing at a time well before a recent series of publishing scandals involving fabrication in memoirs. He was trying to be careful of peoples feelings, said Deborah Baker, the editor on the first paperback edition of the book. The fact is, it all had a sort of larger truth going on that you couldnt make up.
Finally there is this last bit and it shows why the Corsi book is a game changer even if it ends up being inaccurate on certain matters.

Sounds like my oh-so-liberal ex’s concept of Truth.
Seriously
Oh good, a larger truth!
Of course! Why didn't I see that all along? A single apple does not spoil the entire barrel. A lie here. A lie there. What's the big deal? It's only journalism.
Oopsies. I didn’t mean to use the word “lie”. It’s an inaccuracy.
It had already occurred to me that if Corsi relied heavily on Obama’s books for his information then there probably are quite a few inaccuracies in the book simply because Obama himself was more interested in idealising his background than in telling the truth.
Wait . . . so . . . Obama’s autobiographies . . . were . . . FICTION?????
I are so confusered!!!!
The fact is, it all had a sort of larger truth going on that you couldnt make up.
Ah!
The old “larger truth” trick!
Obama will just claim he was misquoted in his autobiography.
“Wait . . . so . . . Obamas autobiographies . . . were . . . FICTION?????”
No. It’s more like fictionalized truth. His two books are full of fabrications. You will have a hard time trying to piece togather a chronological timeline of his life and events in it.
Got that part right.
Truth in religion or politics, he thinks, is someone one just makes up as one goes along, with no necessary connection with the way things are.
A gospel, in other words, Fitting for a new messiah, right?
Daily use of pot and coke tend to do that.
Boy, you said a mouthful there!
Corsi’s book (beside my bath) is very astute on Obama’s racial turmoil and subsequent identity epiphany.
I feel sorry for his struggles of mixed race and not fitting in but his neurosis has made him racist and bitter to my tribe and I don’t need him as President.
He could go to work at the UN where he belongs maybe.
One thing you learn though is that the first seeds of his radicalism came from these media desribed Norman Rockwell Kansas crackers, not the dark side....his white half were kooky.
In his diary, Joshua L. Steiner, the Treasury Secretary's chief of staff, wrote that White House officials had put "intense pressure" on Deputy Treasury Secretary Roger C. Altman to remain involved in overseeing the Federal handling of Whitewater. Then, when Mr. Altman told senior Clinton advisers in February of his decision to remove himself from the matter, they "told RA that it was unacceptable," the diary says.At the time, Mr. Altman, a close friend of the President, was the acting head of the Resolution Trust Corporation, a Federal agency considering whether to sue a savings association and a law firm with ties to the Clintons.
Mr. Steiner wrote in the diary that senior advisers to Mr. Clinton wanted the agency to remain under the control of a political ally. He wrote that Mr. Clinton had become angry when he learned of Mr. Altman's recusal.
But Mr. Steiner has now told Congressional investigators that his diary was not meant to be a word-for-word rendition of events, officials said. They said Mr. Steiner would say that when he testified at the long-awaited Congressional hearings on Whitewater, which begin on Tuesday in the House Banking Committee.
...
Administration officials and Congressional investigators said today that when Mr. Steiner appeared before Congress next week, he would repeat what he had told investigators and would disavow significant passages in the diary. Mr. Steiner's lawyer, Reid H. Weingarten, said that his client "would not walk away from his diary" but that he would say that the diary did not accurately record what had occurred.
"It was never Josh's intention that the diary would be a complete and accurate recordation of historical events," Mr. Weingarten said. "The diaries are impressionistic efforts by Josh written, at some instances, weeks after the events and for reasons that have nothing to do with the recordation of history." Account of a Meeting
Mr. Steiner's diary recalls the days leading up to Mr. Altman's decision Feb. 25 to remove himself from the Whitewater case. At a meeting in early February involving Mr. Altman; Bernard W. Nussbaum, then the White House counsel; Harold M. Ickes, deputy White House chief of staff, and Hillary Rodham Clinton's chief of staff, Margaret Williams, Mr. Altman said he would recuse himself, Mr. Steiner wrote.

Obama is a fiction.
an oldie but a goodie. I remember Paul Sarbanes, of all people, cross-examining Steiner on events described, Steiner using the usual Toon-era evasions to lie, namely, not “specifically” remembering events. Steiner: “I don’t specifically remember..” Sarbanes :”Strike ‘specifically.’”
.... Steiner: “I don’t specifically remember..” Sarbanes :”Strike ‘specifically.’”... Several more rounds of the same. If they could have only nailed them on the financial stuff, which was where the real impeachable stuff was, it never would have gotten into the Lewinsky side-show. It went down when that ARK jury nullified it by failing to convict those guys who were developing the ball fields and suddenly started keeping their tax records in pencil, so they couldn’t be dated.
he’s on hilarys’ plantion. for his sevices she’ll give him a seat on the SC
