I could probably find lots to disagree with Rick Warren on if I wanted to but so many so called followers of our Lord Jesus are telling outright lies about him. I know enough about RW that he is a Godly servant of Christ and teaches Christ is the only way of salvation, contrary to the vicious lies spread about this good man.

These attacks and lies seem to be coming mostly from one particular denomination and a little from another denomination and both are looking more and more like the religious legalists Jesus rebuked 2000 yrs ago. When you look at these people, do you see the love of Christ or the power of God - NO ....just meanness and a strict legalism without the presence of God in their midst.

It makes me sad.....I well think this may be the great falling away....with their love having grown cold and hearts offended they are doing satans own work attacking and accusing the people of God. They think they have doctrine on their side but satan knows doctrine well also and there is no love or mercy in him.

You know them by their fruit. If they do not have the fruit...they are not who they say they are.

Instead of criticizing our brothers and sisters we are instructed to pray for them not sit around posting pure garbage. I've had them post back to me some hate-filled junk when I've tried to point out the error of their way.

Tit 1:13 This witness is true. Wherefore rebuke them sharply, that they may be sound in the faith;
Tit 1:14 Not giving heed to Jewish fables, and commandments of men, that turn from the truth.
Tit 1:15 Unto the pure all things are pure: but unto them that are defiled and unbelieving is nothing pure; but even their mind and conscience is defiled.
Tit 1:16 They profess that they know God; but in works they deny him, being abominable, and disobedient, and unto every good work reprobate.
