Radio Row to Showcase the Largest Gathering Ever of Radio Hosts Broadcasting Together Live as a Unified Voice Demanding Immigration Enforcement, Secure Borders and No Amnesty.

Federation for American Immigration Reform Congressional Task Force (FAIRCTF) announces September 10th and 11th as the dates for its annual Hold Their Feet to the Fire in Washington, D.C. Currently 20 radio hosts are confirmed to broadcast live from Radio Row with upwards of 50 to 75 others expected, thus doubling the size of the broadcast over previous years. In spring of 2007, 37 radio talk hosts attended Hold Their Feet to the Fire successfully helping defeat the Senate Amnesty Bill.

This year, talk hosts from across the country led by Roger Hedgecock of KOGO-AM in San Diego will broadcast live for two days from a single location on Capitol Hill to counteract the special interests attempting to set an amnesty agenda for the new Congress and the next President. "Talk radio will represent American interests in our Nation's Capitol at a critical time - Washington DC just after the conventions, before the elections, and on 9/10 and 9/11," said Event Manager, Bob Dane.

"Powerful special interests are now in full force pushing for amnesty and foreign guest workers with no regard to the plight of the American worker, wages, or a deteriorating economy," said Dan Stein, President of FAIRCTF. "The candidates aren't talking about it. Radio talk hosts representing millions of listeners will, and their collective voice is a voice that roars."

There is no cost for talk hosts to attend and all technical engineering, ISDN lines and long distance is included.Silver Lake Audio of New York is the official engineering firm for Hold Their Feet to the Fire and is the preferred vender for ABC and Westwood One. Congressional guests, activists, high profile media personalities, and immigration experts will be attendance and available throughout the event for wall-to-wall interviews.

Last week the Hartford, CT city council voted to extend socialis services to illegal aliens. Mayor Eddie Perez refused to veto the ordinance and stated yesterday on a local talk show providing such services to illegals and "no big deal". The host was irate. He has also told police in the past not to ask anyone about their immigration status.

We need to put the pressure on these socialists who seek to destroy our representative democracy with socialism by creating an immediate dependent class of people. That FIAR rally is an excellent opportunity to change the tide. I also suggest contacting these socialist politicians directly.
