For once, Tappers search for secret subtext has led him to solid ground. Lest you doubt that this is actually a thinly veiled attack on McCain (the Matthew 25 Network is part of Obamas Christian outreach effort), see the comments here from Kirbyjon Caldwell a friend of Dubya turned Obama supporter who appears in the ad and Rick Warren making it abundantly clear that character should count at the ballot box. I agree, but note well the reply in the updates to that last link:
McCain spokesman Brian Rogers has responded to Caldwells criticism by saying: These people are Obama campaign surrogates. These kinds of personal attacks are disgraceful. This absolutely exposes the hypocrisy of Obamas claim to represent a new kind of politics.
A Republican strategist speaking on the condition of anonymity reacted to the Caldwell comments by telling ABC News: My advice to the Obama people: proceed with extreme caution. They dont want to get into a discussion of character and background. They are opening a door that they will not be able to close. They are putting on the table issues and personalities that they do not want to discuss.
Have there been any ads yet, aside from one or two of the state parties, about Wright or Bill Ayers? Ah well. Were already long overdue for a commercial about The Ones soft spot for infanticide so theyre better off countering with that first. A choice for Christian voters: McCain the cheater versus Obama the guy who worries more about limitations on Roe than about doctors providing medical assistance to live-born infants. Remember, character counts.
Exit question: Which opportunistic reversal is more shameless? Democrats suddenly deciding that infidelity is a serious electoral issue or Democrats suddenly deciding that no, on second thought, military experience isnt essential in a commander-in-chief?
I didn’t know Messiah’s got married.
Larry, I guess this is the Obama camp’s official denial of your Chicago rendezvous.
Isn’t getting Larryfied adultery?
Feminist Theology?
funny. Feminism at its core is just a bunch of brats shaking their fists at God for making them female.
The Bible mentions them in the same context as rebellious children:
Isaiah 3:12
Youths oppress my people, women rule over them.
That what I mean Barek is this election year Ladies Man LOL!
LOL - very good! :-)
campaign slogan:
obama - hes not an adulterer.
Correction:
Obama - to the best of our knowledge, he’s not an adulterer.
Ok - I’ll accept an amendment if you will - How about:
to the best of our knowledge he’s not an adulterer because Jesse Jackson cut his stuff off.
New conservative add:
You know who associates with
terrorists, foreign and domestic, racist supporters and criminal elements civilian and political.
Yep. That’s the ticket (via 527) IMHO...
MONK I think you just discover exclusive here Barek going play Ladies Man in Ladies Man 2 LOL!
Jail cell?
McCain needs to come back with a simple ad like this....
"John McCain is a proud American.......always has been.....always will be..............."

Closet queen capons emasculated by the likes of Michelle aren’t interested in other women.
Bush appears to be faithful to his lovely wife; I don’ remember the lefties commending him for it.
