I'm not a lawyer. But this sounds like complete BS to me. How can a state legislature overturn a Supreme Court ruling?
I would love to think my state legislature could overturn the Supremes when they issue an idiotic ruling, but I don't think they can. I think Bambi is trying to BS us.

IMHO there is no other word for it but infantcide, to allow a baby that is born, yes they get both a BC and a certificate of death, to die with to right to medical attention is infantcide.By him saying he would wipe out the born alive law means to me that he supports this!

From what I read, even the statement was BS -
it did NOT grant “personhood” to pre-viable “fetuses”.
Of course, I think our society SHOULD “grant” personhood to all babies, born and unborn. This is stupid anyway, only God is justified in “granting” personhood or in taking innocent life.
The character of an individual is indicated by how he or her treats those of some kind of lesser status, including eminently the unborn and the infant.
We can imagine the disappointment of Obama that his mother did not have an abortion.
The liberal mind is so very willing to decree for others what it would not for a second allow for its precious self. Even the decree of life or death.
Lesser status, such as, perhaps in US history, someone with higher melanin content in their skin? Pro-aborts, God willing, will be thought of with the same disdain that pro-slavers are today.
Liberals are wiser than God, of course, by definition, since they reject Biblical truth. It's no wonder they are so willing to treat others with such contempt.

That being said, even a self admitted mildly pro-life guy like me IS ABSOLUTELY APPALLED THAT THIS IS EVEN ALLOWED. WHAT MONSTER COULD ALLOW THIS? HOW DO THEY FIND DOCTORS AND NURSES TO ALLOW THIS? WHY ARE THEY NOT IN JAIL. THIS IS AN OUTRAGE.

You’ll take no fire from me, not being a single issue voter is a good thing, IMO. You are pro-life and against gay marriage and that’s what matters.
Herb Denenberg writes passionately on many issues re Obama, this is but one of them.

I am absolutely appalled by this. This is just.....beyond inhumane. It is utterly indefensible. What the &*^% is wrong with people?
While not a single issue voter as pointed out above, if Obama was on the right side of every issue BUT this one, I would vote against him.
