The "writer," and I use the term loosely, is staying true to his core loyalties.

Not wanting to “swift boat” a candidate is the same as saying “we don’t want the truth to come out.”
Let’s get the meaning of the words straight.

The liberal Web site Media Matters has already demonstrated that the book is riddled with factual errors - for example, Corsi repeats the charge, thoroughly disproved, that Obama was in church for one of the Rev. Jeremiah Wright's most incendiary sermons. In 'The Greatest Speech Ever', Obama admitted he was in the pews when Rev. Wright made controversial statements. The one fact the author used to demonstrate Corsi's book contains lies is not even true.

Robinson has been in the tank for Obama for a long time. The problem with his article is that what Corsi wrote about Kerry was all true. Instead of attacking Corsi he should try and refute what he says in his book. But of course, he might have trouble doing that.

Looking back not too far, today’s Swiftboating is akin to yesterday’s Keelhauling.
Both methods entail the delivery of just and realistic punishment.

John Kerry could clear all this up with one piece of paper.

The allegations in that book were discredited, ...
As I remember, the most effective 'discrediting' was kerry and a few others reciting "nuh-uh, so there" in unison.

“Kerry was a decorated war hero, yet somehow his valor and sense of duty were turned into a political negative and used against him.”
Anyone remotely familiar with the military would be suspicious of someone who spent only four months in Vietnam, was awarded three Purple Hearts, but never missed any time due to wounds, and left Vietnam eight months early because he’d been awarded three Purple Hearts.
Anyone remotely familiar with the military would also know that it is a giant bureaucracy where all sorts of butt kissing and string pulling and favoritism can take place, just like any other organization.

Whether they sail or not is up to Obama. Corsi's book being #1 on the NYTimes bestseller list guarantees there will be a lot of people needing their questions on Obama answered. If he just brushes them off... he'll wind up like Jon Carry...
guilty-by-silence.

It's interesting how assholes like Eugene Robinson must trash 20+ war vets (SBV’s) as all being liars in order to prop up a single vet (Kerry) who is a pathological liar. Then he suggests ANG members were “taking refuge” and hiding from the war. See, it has nothing to do with serving your country and everything to do with hating your country.

Instead of answering the questions of substantive issues, they are attacking Jerome Corsi.
Corsi may not be of the highest integrity, I don’t know, but if the facts are documented, let the facts speak for themselves. You don’t see any books being written defaming G. W. Bush or John McCain do you? There has to be some material to work with.
BTW, Corsi was on “Fox and Friends” this morning. The far-left website, Daily KOS, has posted his address on their website. He has been getting death threats.

I have been hearing things concerning this book, is it true that they are hiding it in book stores, any funny things happening? Would like to hear feedback. I live in uber-Liberal-New York, so you can imagine what stunts they are pulling. This is my question and I am only a houswife from New York: if the book contained slanderous lies, then why do they not pull Jerome Corsi into court and sue him for libel? I can only assume by their back-channel ways of taking Jerome Corsi down, that the book is telling the TRUTH!!!!!!/Just Asking - seoul62.........

It is strange how much free publicity that the liberal media is giving to this book.
I think they are defeating their own efforts to suppress it.
They are taking their cue from the Obama campaign, which is also going bananas over the book.
Bad move, Barack.
