Racistly underestimating your enemies is a long-term recipe for disaster.
Moscow can spend 350 billion on their military, but they’ll still be a glorified bunch of slavic savages led by only marginally more intelligent officers.

Yet they were crushed within 24 hrs by simmilar size Russian Army.

I've worked side by side with enough Russians to say that every one of them was intelligent, civilized, and mercenary.
At the individual level, they are to be respected...and they can clean your clock if you slip up.
That's not their weak point. They aren't savages as you depict them above.
Instead, they have weaknesses working in groups...and far greater weaknesses coordinating and cooperating with other groups (the larger the group, the more difficulties they foist on each other).
That's a cultural issue, and because their culture is largely unchanged since Patton's time, their culture explains why his observations on their operations remain salient.
But don't confuse different *cultures* with individual myths/stereotypes (which leads to bigotry and racism). As individuals, the average Russian is quite likely to outthink and outwork you, shrewdly.
It's their culture that holds them back and gets them in periodic trouble. Heck, this whole Georgian war is an exercise in Kremlin ego-stroking and plummage pageantry (a risky show, at that, too).
Many of us have said some strong words against the Russians and maybe crossed the line but you calling Slavs savages is just plain bigotry.
