Deal: Clinton's Name Will Be Placed in Nomination at Dems Convention

ABC News' Kate Snow reports: A deal has been brokered between Sens. Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton that will allow Clinton's name to be placed in nomination at next week's Democratic nominating convention, sources close to the Clinton camp told ABC News.
"Both sides agree that it is in the best interest of party unity and making sure that everyone's voice and vote is honored to make sure her name is put into nomination," a person close the negotiations said. "It's to honor everyone who worked so hard on both sides."

This is the way Obama has chosen so he won’t face the ever expanding exposure of possible charges for fraud due to using an alias when running for political offce.
Barack Hussein Obama II is most likely not his legal name, rather it is Barry Soetoro, the name on his Birth Certificate.
After reaching age 18, he would have had to legally change his name to BHO. There is no public record in Hawaii that he ever did that and so far it hasn’t been found in any other states, either.
This seems like a potential way out of a terrible legal spot for Senator Obama.

Only 112 Obama superdelegates would have to abstain from the first vote to deny him a first ballot victory. After the first ballot, all delegates are free to vote for whomever they choose, even someone who did not run in the primaries.

In a moment of carelessness, Senator Obama, standing near the edge of the dias, take out a hanky, and blow his nose, and the cheers for that event will be entered into the annals as an affirmative acclamation for Hillary’s nomination. ;’) When asked afterward about the ironic outcome of his bad timing, Senator Obama will reply, “I’m going to get some shave ice.”

I’m wondering if the illegal foreign campaign contribitions won’t be the story.
And, given the fact that nominating BHO is ruinous to the party, and that very few of the supes have personal loyalty to BHO, this is a very high risk move.
