Authorities say a gunman entered the Arkansas Democratic Party headquarters and shot the party chairman, Bill Gwatney, who is hospitalized in critical condition.
Police say the gunman asked to speak to the party chairman and fired three shots.

The first (only as of right now) comment made on the KATV site immediately blames talk-radio:
"Even if this man had mental problems (as he probably did) it only takes a little violent rhetoric from Rush and Sean and Michael Savage to push someone like that over the edge."
The lefties in this country really are sick. The news is barely out, no facts are known other than the shooting itself, but immediately the blame is assigned to the right-wing. Maybe the perp was a big Clinton fan mad about remarks Gwaltney'd recently made about the party coming together to support Obama? Who knows ...

The motivation could be anything and arguing that its political may be jumping to conclusions. Bill Gwatney is a prominent Little Rock businessman in addition to being the Dem party chairman. He owned a large Chevrolet dealership in the area just a few years ago (and still may, I’m not entirely sure).
