UNITED NATIONS (Reuters) - The United States suggested on Sunday that Russia was interested in "regime change" in Georgia after Moscow rejected Tbilisi's offer of a cease-fire in the separatist region of South Ossetia.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov had told U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice that the president of Georgia "must go," the U.S. ambassador to the United Nations, Zalmay Khalilzad, told the Security Council.
Khalilzad then looked straight at Russian Ambassador Vitaly Churkin and asked if Moscow was looking for "regime change."

Ummm, the Mrs. would have put a serious hurt on him, I'd guess...
FYI, it was on Fox News. I guess you don't watch, read or listen to the news. That explains your poorly formed world view.
You get your news from TV and say I have a poorly formed world view? You silly, silly lil’ girl.
I am done with you, yet I feel sorry for you.
If you were a cat I would seal you in a sack with a brick and teach you to swim to put you out of your misery.
Meow!
LOL, if you were a mouse I would eat you. Consider yourself eaten. : )
So there!
What is it you think he’s doing there?
Despite several citations of the fact that Bush declined her request to pat her butt and instead patted her on the back, you continue to accuse him of patting her on the butt. Are you just deliberately ignorant? Or have you decided to be a blatant liar on this forum?
If you cannot understand my responses to the previous idiots then feel free to join them in their stupidity.
What appears to have happened is what people see not the back story spin whether true or not.
Millions of people saw Bush apparently patting a young woman on the butt. Fifty people saw the explanation of what happened. Which do you think carries the greater weight? I cannot put this into more simple terms or dumb it down any further for you and the other mental midgets.
As to my honesty, kiss my ass. How is that for an honest expression. Simply because you and the others are not bright enough to understand real world perceptions doesn’t make me dishonest. It makes you people both dishonest and insipid.
Discussing this with the short-bussers here is like showing a dog a card trick so I am through wasting my time.
When I looked at the picture, it looked to me like he might be brushing some sand off her back. It did not look like he was patting her on the butt. (And that was before seeing the story that confirmed that he didn't pat her on the butt.)
