Today President Bush attended and practiced with the USA Women’s Volleyball Team.
He attended a practice of the USA Women’s Softball Team.
He attended a basketball game and cheered on the USA Women’s team during their Group B women's basketball match against the Czech Republic. Mrs. Bush, Barbara Bush and Marvin Bush also attended the game.
He then addressed the media about a serious issue, that of the escalation of violence in the province of Georgia and the Russia-Georgia conflict.
Mrs. Bush and Barbara Bush visited the Forbidden City.
President GHW Bush (#41) watched the gold medal match in the women's individual saber at the Fencing Hall of the Beijing 2008 Olympics in Beijing, Saturday, Aug. 9, 2008. The Americans secured all three medals.
So....what is that icky looking thing on Walsh’s right shoulder?
My hubby and I thought it was a huge tatoo at first, but now
aren’t so sure.

It is W’s fate to be surrounded by three pretty women but I have always thought Barbara the most beautiful one.

I loved what the tall blonde volleyball player said about him:”What an honor,” Walsh said. “He’s just a great sports fan and he exudes optimism and pride in his country. I know he’s proud of us.”
Walsh only has that icky looking thing in some of the photos so it is not a tatoo. I think it could be her volleyball glove...she took if off for photos?
Always good to “meet” a military mom. My thanks to you and your son! Barbara will be 27 in November. Does that disqualify her for a potential d-i-l?

Lord knows they need the pitching (and judging from the last few games, hitting as well).
We were spared photos of Bubba at the Olympics. In 1992 and 1996 he was busy running for Prez. In 2000, the whole world knew about Monica and there was no way his handlers would let him near a volleyball team, lol.
She had it on while playing the game. Hubby thought it might
be some sort of thing to protect her shoulder...when we
finally decided it wasn’t a tatoo. LOL!

I thought that was just a beautiful picture of Barbara, too. How stunning she looked.
