Sorry not been around much but did not get to doing the Christmas cakes until yesterday evening after shopping so was very late to bed on Saturday and then Sunday my friend came round for a meal.

If I understand it correctly, she had an operation on that shoulder, and this is something that has medicinal properties in it to help her heal faster.....or something like that. It was explained last night by one of the announcers.
