Aight, I got 5 lbs of skirt steak here marinated in chilitepins and teryaki and sritatcha that is about to hit a 180 deg oven for curing. This should be some wild beef jerky.

I got the idea from Randy Larsen he sent me some of this stuff and its dynamite!

I reverse engineered the recipe and am using skirt steak for flavor.

First batch is in the oven. Lickin fingers here and drankin beer

In the late 60s and early 70s I played with several “horn bands”. When we ran out of Beach Music (Showmen, Rondells, Chairmen of the Board) we played Grass Roots, Union Gap, Rascals and Shondells. By ‘72 and ‘73 we had moved on to Three Dog Night, Chicago, BS&T, Buddy Miles, Classics IV and Lighthouse type stuff, but its all nostalgic to me and everything progressed as the artists matured. Good stuff. Thanks for the shout out, I figured someone was diggin’ it.
