Since Putin is in China as well, there may be some agreement here.
Since the problem is most likely Islamic in nature, and probably Iranian backed...I don’t necessarily see this as a big deal.
Maybe I’m wrong and if somebody knows different I would appreciate the info.

Weird how this broke just as the opening ceremonies began in Beijing.
I got a feeling GW is getting a lot of calls on his phone right now.
Will be interesting when the ceremonies are shown tonight and see what his is doing.
