She was charged with one felony and one misdemeanor offense in addition to the child neglect charge she already is facing. She is scheduled to be arraigned Aug. 21 but does not have to appear in court because her attorney submitted a written not guilty plea.

It took Casey Anthony more than a month to report the child missing, which she did on July 15.

Detectives reported smelling a strong odor of decomposition in the trunk of a car Casey Anthony was using. They said they also found hair samples similar to those belonging to Caylee.

This is such an awful story. I’ve been following it in the news. What a beautiful child. I don’t even think any babysitter existed. I hope someone is held accountable for this. If the Grandmom didn’t report it, Lord knows when anyone would have found out she was missing.

My theory...

The tot's mother is a woman who, apparently, likes to party.

Back two months ago, the Florida weather was already very hot. The mother took the tot with her and either left to go party or into a store while the baby was left in a very hot car. The mother forgot about the little girl for a long time and when she returned to the car, the tot was already dead from heat exhaustion. The mother panicked and didn't know what to do and put the little girl in the trunk of her car until she could figure out what to do. Time passed and she was still unsure what to do and the little girl's corpse started decomposing. Hence, the stench in the trunk.

After realizing that she had no other choice, she had to dispose of the body, either by herself of with the help of someone else.

It's just a theory, but it could've happened that way.

I can’t help but feel that the grandparents know the truth about what happened and are delaying, misinforming, lying as much as they can hoping that this case will die.

They should have to pay the taxpayers back every cent for this search farce.

This body will never be found.
