ALERT - Iraq postpones provincial elections
BAGHDAD, Aug. 7 - Iraq's electoral committee said on Thursday it can not hold provincial elections originally set for October as the failure to pass the bill in parliament means there is not enough time to prepare the polls.
This is not good since it encourages the Obamamaniacs.
