Some of those songs aren’t bad, they were just so overplayed.

“Me and You and a Dog Named Boo” is worse, and so is, “Yummy, yummy, yummy! I’ve got love in my tummy.” Also, exactly how does, “everybody Wang Chung, tonight”? Neil Diamond’s “I am. I said.” is also annoying, and so is The Captain and Tennille’s “Muskrat Love”.

As long as “They’re Coming to Take Me Away, Haha” isn’t on the list.

No, the one you’re referring to is a newer song.

But yes, it does indeed stink big time.

My candidate for "Worst Song Ever Written" is "My Hump" by the Black Eyed Peas. I can't stand that song.

Macarena candy bar commerical in Korea

You know your song is annoying when people use it for a commercial while it's still supposedly popular.

Hey, the original line-dance songs of the 50’s and 60’s were great:

The Madison (It’s Madison Time) see the movie “Hairspray” for a visual. I was on the Buddy Dean Show about that time when we used to dance the Madison.

The Sloppy dance (”Hang on Sloppy, Hang On”) AND THE KING OF THEM ALL -

“THE STROLL” by the Diamonds

You kids missed a lot of good stuff.

Worst song: “I Will Always Love You” by Whitney Houston

Or “Red, Red Wine” by those who will not be named

Imagine Al Gore trying to do the Limbo. Now that would be a sight, him dragging his lard-ass across the floor and knocking the bar down every time.

Hasselhoff doesn’t count when it’s not a song he made popular. He just did a cover that stinks. The song itself is not his fault.

“Achy Breaky Heart” 1992 by BILLY RAY CYRUS is in a class by itself. It is to Country Music what “Plan 9 From Outer Space” is to movies.
