The mainstream media's reaction to the National Enquirer's reports on John Edwards' "love child" scandal has been reminiscent of the Soviet press. Edwards' name has simply been completely whitewashed out of the news. Say, why isn't anyone talking about John Edwards for vice president anymore? No, seriously -- hey! Why are we going to a commercial break?
The blackout of any news that would hurt one of their candidates continues.

The only place I have heard about this Edwards story has been here on Free Republic.
The only place I have heard anything about the Larry Sinclair allegations against Obama has been here.
The only place I have heard about the lawsuit against Bill and Hillary relating to a 2000 fundraiser in L.A. and allegations of campaign contribution problems, has been here.
I’m sure there are other stories too, that the MSM decides aren’t worthy of news coverage.
This is part of media bias, folks. In newsrooms and TV studios, editors and producers are deciding what stories to cover, and what stories not to cover.
