This murdering animal should have been put down years ago. God forgive me if I sin in so saying, but had it been my daughter, he would already be dead. I may have ended up in prison...but such a murdering animal would not have lived off of society for years, and would not be making such a spectacle now.

Forgive me my directness, but what this individual and his cohorts did is beyond imagination and evil, and they all should long ago have been executed for it. I’ve seen some reports of this on the web that says Texas is waiting for SCOTUS to review the appeal, but no stay has been issued. In other words Texas is voluntarily waiting to see if SCOTUS will grant a stay, but is under no binding condition to do so; and can fry this POS whenever they want. Anyone here know if this is the case?? I’m getting conflicting readings on this.
