Well, I’m going by Article II, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution, “No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President.” His mother was born in Kansas, an American citizen, which means Obama is still considered as such, even if born on foreign soil, unless she renounced her citizenship prior to his birth on foreign soil. We had a Presidential candidate in 1968 who ran who was born on foreign soil (Mexico) to American parents and because of that, he was still qualified to run because he was a citizen by virtue of his parents.
Just doing the job that the MSM and people like yourself are, for whatever reason, unwilling to do.
Much the same was said about the Monica Lewinsky episode when it first came up.
Those who wanted to forget about it and move on had their reasons for that attitude, but, to quote Gomer Pyle, "Surprise Surprise!"

There are many opinions to consider.
Techdude has no case at all, imo.
No way anyone is going to touch this without a much better case than Techdude’s.
Nor should they.
Yeah, I thought she was too, well, nice when she suspended it. At least there haven’t been any “suicides” or plane crashes, which is what I feared. She and Bill have seemed too too happy.
I've read the article- it's the opinion of one man on the internet. Look, we all dislike Obama. I shudder at the possibility of him being President, but you have to look at the evidence objectively and put aside what you want the truth to be. The evidence simply isn't there.
Besides that, fake or not, Obamaosama has yet to prove he is eligible to run for office of President and it is up to him to prove.
Fine. Let's put forth the case for Obama's birth in the US- we have a birth certificate that no one in an official government capacity questions. There is no evidence that Obama's mother was anywhere other than Hawaii when he was born. Nobody who has known him has come forward to say that Obama, or his mother, or anyone else, has ever said anything about him being born outside of the US. He has run against the Clintons, who are known for their ability to dig up dirt on their opponents. McCain's campaign hasn't come forward with any evidence to the contrary. I'd be quite comfortable going to court with this evidence.
Look, this guy's beatable in the general election. But goofy stuff like this smacks of desperation, which is why you don't see the McCain campaign touching it with a 10 foot pole.
BTW, y'all should realize that the biggest hound dog on this case is TexasDarlin who is pro-Hilliary!
Bubba to ABC News yesterday: I think everybodys got a right to run for president who qualifies under the Constitution.
I knew they both have been way too quiet!
now we will have 2 who were born outside the US proper.
_____
Hawaii was a state when Barack was born, so your statement assumes facts not in evidence.
I’ve read the threads, read the linked documents, looked at the various postings of the birth certificate, and I have to wonder, is Barack behind this? Let’s face it, the more time and energy spent on this topic, which has so far yielded absolutely no fruit, is time and energy not spent on stuff that might actually stick.
Just a thought and my contribution to the whole air of conspiracy.
I’m still wondering how that would particularly matter as she did spend virtually all of her life up until the point of Obama’s birth (the question being where that was) in the U.S. as a citizen. 19 years at that point. By that unusual plank, she’d have to have been 21 to make the argument that he is disqualified stick. It still seems to contradict that Constitutional plank.
well well well.....I hope this is true. He would be disqualified right? Then again, Hillary has a better chance of winning than Hussein.
FIGURATIVELY SPEAKING!
Thank you, I didn’t know someone had admitted to forging a document. Good Lord!
no, if this is true, I rather see him fairly defeated at the election. I don’t think the proles would stand for it if he were taken out on a technicality. For one they would understand it.
Assuming that is the truth, it doesn't change the forgery on Obama's own website which he should be held accountable for. I still maintain he should be indicted for that, citizen or not, and that indictment should be major blaring headlines that a candidate for the U.S. Presidency FORGED a government document.
1. # Stixon 05 Aug 2008 at 10:09 amIt is scary how crazy some of these people are and that people actually take them seriously.
Is he talking David Gergen, Dan Rather, Claire McCaskill, or Nancy Pelosi, or Reverend Wright, or Al Sharpton, or Harry Reid or Dan Olberman, or Ted Turner? ... just rto name a few "trusted" names!
