Yup. AGW is failing so the re-estimate the AIDS numbers up again because it is the one scam that keeps on giving.
Of course more money is needed. It’s always the solution to mankind’s woes.
How about using some funds to actually test people for AIDS?

Apparently “Kevin de Cock” failed to get the memo that under no circumstances is he to let the cat out of the bag:
there’s not much enthusiasm on my part to increase AIDS funding....I’d rather see it go to cancer or heart research.
I’d rather it went to a lot of things instead of the endless pit of aids research. Saying AIDS is not caused by HIV seems a stretch though.
The "cure" for aids is time, improvement in behavior and natural selection. The immoral will eventually die out. Of course there are innocent victims of these immoral people, but those will become fewer as well as society's moral behavior improves. We already know how to protect ourselves, and those that take every precaution will survive.
Lets see, 1/10 of the population in Africa has been dying for how many years now? 10?
Shouldn’t they all be dead? How come the population of Africa is now over 730,000,000 million people, up from 630 ten years ago?

Well, how about if we implement standard epidemiological practices? You know, quarantine of carriers, mandatory testing, reporting of people put at risk by carriers, etc.

I’m going to apply the left’s logic on drilling in ANWR to the AIDS debate:
