Paragraph f is pretty standard for Shariah Law.
I remember a while ago there was a thread on here about public schools in California having overviews of Islam for about a week. At the end of that overview, the kids were reciting the Shahada. Non-Muslims recite this publically to convert to Islam. Therefore, as per the rules of Islam, these kids were converted.
Now the first thing I thought of was Canada. Canada now recognizes Shariah. Technically, if these kids went to Canada on a school trip, they could be subjected to Paragraph f.
