Were There More?
Did DBKP@Blogger's Shutdown Come from Same IPs?
At least one of the attacks in the latest wave of blog shutdowns this past week came from IPs assigned to barackobama.com.
We have reported twice in the last two weeks about the attacks on anti-Obama websites. ["Google, Blogger, Obama: Obamanation Shut Down My Blog!"]] & [BabbaZee's "Anti-Obama Blogs Shut Down by Google, Obamabots"]
Speculation on who was behind the attacks has ranged from "Obama supporters" to "it's no one, just a glitch" "to "it's a browser problem". [Site Meter causing Internet Explorer failure ]. This latter is a completely different issue from the blogs that got shut down by Google/Blogger.
A few liberal blogs and Instapundit have said there is no connection between this latest wave of blog shutdowns and the Obama camp.
Speculation can now be set aside--at least, in one instance.
We came across this post by MacRanger at MacsMind [Macsmind Hacking UPDATE] yesterday, where Mac presents "one fact that cant be explained away".
On July 22-25 Macsmind was DOSd (Denial of Service) that originated from three IP addresses that are assigned to Barack Obamas website. This isnt a theory but was confirmed via law enforcement through an inspection of the site logs from those dates. The IP address in question; 66.39.4.254 66.39.143.229 216.146.206.181, are all registered via Go Daddy under the name barackobama.com.On those dates, beginning at At 5:48PM Central on the 22nd, the hosted server that contained our site was hit by a 1.6 gigabyte flood of illegitimate traffic. The attacks never abated and only stopped when our host provider took us off line.
Will this story be publicized?

I have loonies at work that I’ll play with that. Bush has declared he will remain President and attack Iran. National Security gives him the power to do it. (I swear I can suck in 50% of the moonbats on that)
Well I just posted it to the Liberal St. Louis Post Dispatch site.

Take the time
My point is, your name and address on a petition questioning Obama is the LAST thing you want to send to the Rat goons who now run every office IL (thanks to an utterly corrupt IL GOP).
That's why they are the bad guys.
I was banned from that website for reasons unknown, but it was related to the anti-Obama posts I made. Nothing of a nature that violates the TOC, just facts, links to articles, etc...and the Obamabots flagged all my posts.
Look at the responses to your post - childish name-calling, etc...yet those guys are not banned.
In addition, they are the most ill-informed bunch of people I’ve ever seen. They’ll source every left-nut web site on the planet while at the same time stating FNC isn’t news and is RNC propaganda.
I encourage people to follow the link, register there and let those guys have it, in a mature, factual way and watch what happens.
The Obamabots want to silence opposition. Is there any way we can get this emailed to Rush, Hannity, Drudge, O’Reilly?
Is there an email list somewhere?
That’s why we all need to make an effort to get out the message on every MSM newspaper boards. Its picked up by the Web mirrors and live for ever once the spyders grab them.
I bet they pull my thread at some point.
Thankee kindly!
Love the NOPE!
lonevoice, lowbridge, combat_boots, Condor51,ASA Vet,
Great comments to the rest...
MediaMole: yes, the DOS attacks are different means for the same end...agree it may (probably) be a crime.
Old Sarge: hahaha...
randomhero97: Ugh!
counterpunch: stole your pix!
Thanx everyone!
Funny. Obamanation sure left many of their ports open. I would never suggest that anyone should take advantage of this.
LMAO, the longer they fight, the longer he stays in office, out of pity for the left.
