Minnesota Gov. Tim Pawlenty today called Sen. Barack Obama too risky to be president.

“The people of the United States and Iowa are wise. They understand what’s at stake in this election,” he said. “Voting for Obama is the political equivalent of bungee jumping.”

Speaking at the grand opening of the Tom Latham for Congress and Victory 2008 headquarters in Ames, Pawlenty said Sen. John McCain has a long record of wisdom and judgment, something Obama can’t match.

“We do not want the next president to have a fundamental misunderstanding of the world we live in,” he said.

“Voting for Obama is the political equivalent of bungee jumping.”

I could not of said it better, except .. maybe "voting for Obama is the political equivalent of bungee jumping with a bad bungee cord."

Obama has several fundamental misunderstandings about the country he lives in. He thinks we have 57+ states. He thinks a President serves for 8 to 10 years. He thinks multiple Presidents have had their pictures on the dollar bill. The man knows no U.S. History or U.S. Government.

“Voting for Obama is the political equivalent of bungee jumping.”

Thats a great quote, many of the bungee jumpers jump to the occasion without thinking of the consequences, usually, the young...

Voting for Obama is the political equivalent of bungee jumping from a hundred-foot tower with a two-hundred-foot cord!

Clearance 13 feet and this rig is 13ft 6inches, that gives me a half foot to spare, plenty of room.
