I think the McCain drumbeat is painting Obama as hype and really not a serious candidate.
the problem with being a clean slate, as Obama said he was, is that your opponent can make you what he wants you to be just like the voter can.

Rush played this, so I'm guessing he knows that it's a real McCain ad, but my BS meter is off the scale.

Very true. I have taken to using the phrase “European styled Socialism without the free health care” and using the top effective tax rate comparison. It isn’t very smooth sounding, but it makes a distinction.
I then point out Tony Blair called HIMSELF a socialist.
But you are right, it really doesn’t connect with people.

"Dang! I just spit my pop all over Charlton Heston. Same here. "Vero possumus" parting the sea had me rolling.

(I had almost forgotten that McCain is the nominee. Too bad I was reminded.)

Obama is looking more and more like a maniac leader in the mold of Hitler or Jim Jones.

This ad reaffirms that this election is nothing but a referendum on Barack Hussein Obama.
The DemonRats failed to create the anger in voters and tie McCain to GWB.

Isn’t that what Rush always suggests? He advises not to get angry at Liberals when talking with them. Laugh and say, “I can’t believe you believe that stuff!”

Re: “Now the McCain camp has to do an ad on drilling and gas prices and Barry’s tire-inflation solution.”
Agree! A really great ad could be made from Obama’s ridiculous comments about inflating tires.
And the next time I see an Obama bumper sticker I’m going to yell “your tires need more air” to the driver of the car.

Laugh and say, I cant believe you believe that stuff!
As Rush pointed out when he played the ad today--these are Barry's own words!

The Charlton Heston bit is too good!

Great ad. I could start liking McCain if I could just forget...you know.

Praise The One: New McCain Ad Attacks The Divine Obama
It's simply amazing how a campaign war can turn a candidate into a "celebrity" and within a few days, turn him into a "God".
