CSPAN2 just shut off coverage and went to some Homeless group.
But this is America! The news is honest here. And I can’t change his mind.
I’m stealing that.
geez .. I better take a gander

YEA!
If any forced removal, President ought to immediately call a special session.
Which raises the question ... is this a recess? If so, then let’s see some recess appointments. But I thought Reid & Pelosi were playing parliamentary games to keep the session open. If so, then these Reps should be able to leverage that. I also recall something about the House and Senate having to sync their recess lets they allow for Article II Section 3 action by the President to set their adjournment to a time he deems proper.
I don’t know what his last name was, but I am sure it was a 7 letter word that started with an A and ended with an E.
“Trueblackman was able to get to the Hill this afternoon. Hell have a report later. Hes going to try to get on Mark Levins show this evening.”
What a Blessing!!! Thank you kristinn and trueblackman! I feel as tho I’m in the middle of a very historical day!
I just meant they might take “she’s going down” as a physical threat. Don’t want you in any trouble.

According to Politico, “This is the people’s House,” said Rep. Thaddeus McCotter (R-Mich.). “This is not Pelosi’s politiburo.”
Well put Mr. McCotter! I called his office to give him kudos. Really nice staffer! Very appreciative even though I’m not from Michigan. Ah the difference between Republicans and Democrats! Republicans know who they work for...ALL AMERICANS!

Note that a comprehensive energy plan is not a bunch of Republican Congressman yelling "Drill, Drill, Drill." Our comprehensive energy policy should advocate (a) the drilling for oil and natural gas in ANWAR, offshore, the Midwest, NY, PA, Ohio, and everyplace else where we can find the domestic resources; (b) nuclear power; (c) refining and distribution; (d) coal; (e) wind; (f) solar; (g) thermal; (h) hydro; (i) conservation; (j) R & D; and (k) administrative, regulatory, and judicial reform. Indeed, the last item is perhaps the most important of all, because unless we streamline the regulatory and judicial process and limit the jurisdiction of both Federal and State courts to issue injunctions to people who have no direct, personal, and substantial interest in the proposed activity at issue, energy independence will remain illusory and at the mercy of bureaucrats and environmental wackos.
Are they still at it? I am not getting anything on C-Span 2.
A spike in donations to the Republican Congressional Campaign Committee would do wonders. It would certainly reward the GOP House members who’ve pulled this off.
I am envisioning Rahm Emmanuel on the phone with Nancy Pelosi right now, trying to figure out how to overcome a stirred up GOP that they thought was dead (as did we all).
High school prank my ***. House rep from Northern California spoke about how his constituents are in the rural part of CA (they can’t afford to live and must commute where Pelosi does) and what gas prices are doing to them.
I haven’t gotten a THING done today. Too much happens on this thread when I take a restroom bread. Whew.
Hey y’all. ;^)
There, I got Mrs. Myrick’s Washington office and told them I hoped she’d get right over to the Capitol and be counted. And also that she’s an excellent representative :-).
