Ridiculous. I quit the Internet years ago and I never went back.

The main types of Internet addiction are cybersex, online affairs, online gambling, online gaming, compulsive surfing and even eBay addiction, Young added. They didn't mention mainlining FR.

To help people with their diagnosis, Young developed a test that uses a 20-question survey to measure levels of Internet addiction. Is it available online????

Ive seen a lot of growth in the field of Internet addiction, said Young. More research and studies (are) trying to understand it better.
Its a global problem. Just another liberal trying to set the stage for taxing the internet. I can just hear them "If we tax it enough people will use it less and run less chance of becoming addicted!" As if the internet is some sort of mind altering drug! You can't become addicted to the internet, you can become used to it, grow to appreciate it, even get quite fond of using it, but addiction is a stupid word to use concerning internet usage.
As I said, setting us up to tax us, trying this on for size to see how it flies with the ignorant people that will allow them to pass yet more invasive and onerous laws.

Some of us are just waiting for the day we will become one with the internet.

I am a complete internet addict. Bulletin boards, risk/chess, real estate GIS pages. 2-3 hours a day minimum.

I find my time is better spent reading the news, gaining new knowledge, and learning many differing opinions on the internet than watching TV. I have just replaced my evening TV watching with news surfing, and I don’t get pissed about every channel being on commercial at exactly the same time. I think it has reduced my blood pressure.
To: BunnySlippers
Now that it's become indispensable to the point of addiction, you know the government's going to figure out how to tax it somehow.
