Hey, McCainiacs. What’s your boy’s position on federal officials meddling in state matters?

Okay, how about a compromise? We extradite him to Mexico.

We'll give him a free flight home to Mexico and then we toss him out an airplane at ~12,000 feet over Mexico City without a parachute. Problem solved.

Texas will be...endangering Americans abroad.

Failure to execute sooner rather than later endangers the lives of all Americans, regardless of location. As does any interference with the Constitutional system of State sovereignty, or the fuondational principle of American Independence from the old world.

Our sovereignty is absolute, and is not subject to foreign veto.

For all those Bushbots who still are under the illusion that Jorge Bush is a great President and a good man, why in the hell didn't he do even half as much to save the life of Terry Schiavo as he is to save Medellin?

There was a woman who was inarguably innocent, and yet he and his half-witted brother stood idly by, insisting they could do nothing, allowing her to be put to death.

After seeing who they support to be President, I’ll believe about anything.

We've become basically a conquered people under foreign occupation with a Quisling or Vichy govt.

The positions of the AG and the SOS are prima facie evidence of why the GOP is in such deep doo-doo.

This is the kind of SCUM the 'World Court' is trying to protect! PUKE!

This is the kind of scum your federal government is trying to give priveleges to they wouldn't grant their own citizens. It really is time for CW2.

“I had a plan, get my GED and go home to join the Mexican military, would have joined here, but I’m a Mexican, not a traitor:- )

Yeah, and then help smuggle drugs to "El Norte."

Hi there! We’re from the federal government and we’re here to help . . .

Great! Here is how you can help. The border is that way. Go stand there and don't let anyone past you.

"Here’s what Medellin did:.."

http://www.foxnews.com/images/312532/0_63_ertman_jennifer.jpg            http://www.the-two-malcontents.com/wp-content/uploads/0_62_pena_elizabeth.jpg

Jennifer Ertman

Elizabeth Pena

The gang members ran and grabbed Elizabeth and pulled her down the incline, off of the tracks. Testimony showed that Jenny had gotten free and could have run away but returned to Elizabeth when she cried out for Jenny to help her.

For the next hour or so, these beautiful, innocent young girls were subjected to the most brutal gang rapes that most of the investigating officers had ever encountered.

The confessions of the gang members that were used at trial indicated that there was never less than 2 men on each of the girls at any one time and that the girls were repeatedly raped orally, anally and vaginally for the entire hour.

One of the gang members later said during the brag session that by the time he got to one of the girls, "she was loose and sloppy." One of the boys boasted of having 'virgin blood' on him.

The 14-year-old juvenile later testified that he had gone back and forth between his brother and Peter Cantu since they were the only ones there that he really knew and kept urging them to leave. He said he was told repeatedly by Peter Cantu to "get some".  He raped Jennifer and was later sentenced to 40 years for aggravated sexual assault, which was the maximum sentence for a juvenile.

When the rapes finally ended, the horror was not over. The gang members took Jenny and Elizabeth from the clearing into a wooded area, leaving the juvenile behind, saying he was "too little to watch".

Jenny was strangled with the belt of Sean O'Brien, with two murderers pulling, one on each side, until the belt broke. Part of the belt was left at the murder scene, the rest was found in O'Brien's home. After the belt broke, the killers used her own shoelaces to finish their job.

Medellin later complained that "the bitch wouldn't die" and that it would have been "easier with a gun". Elizabeth was also strangled with her shoelaces, after crying and begging the gang members not to kill them; bargaining, offering to give them her phone number so they could get together again.

The medical examiner testified that Elizabeth's two front teeth were knocked out of her brutalized mouth before she died and that two of Jennifer's ribs were broken after she had died. Testimony showed that the girls' bodies were kicked and their necks were stomped on after the strangulations in order to "make sure that they were really dead."

Send us more Texans in Washington, also send us more Dr. No’s. The powers that be on that Hill are sure fighting hard to make sure they preserve there power by creating downward mobility while they line there own pockets. Too bad they don’t read history. Every corrupt government ‘thinks that this time is different’ ‘we have the military and police, the law’ blah blah blah.

This bastard needs to die...either by the state or another human agent. (Aren't people found dead in their cells all the time? Ten bullet wounds through their skull?) That this piece of dog sh_t should live...and that "good" clergy should plead for mercy shows just how quickly night is falling onto our civilization and our nation.
