Well, they got her.
Debra Bartoshevich, the duly elected Democratic Party delegate for Hillary Clinton in Wisconsin who vowed undying loyalty to the former first lady, has been dumped by the state party and barred from attending the Democratic National Convention in Denver next month.
According to the Associated Press, the state party's administrative committee has officially whacked Bartoshevich from the 92-member delegation.
(snip)
"No self-respecting woman should wish or work for the success of a party that ignores her," Bartoshevich told a local journalist. "That's by Susan B. Anthony."

I thought that was something the parties could not do. My recollection is that when David Duke was a Democrat, the Dems said that they had no power to tell Duke to get out of the party.

The Leninists were not particularly kind to the Trotskyites. Party disclipline must be maintained at all costs.

The Democratic Party is not a "big tent" party. They don't tolerate any ideas other than those embraced by its left-wing.

You are wrong,
Hillary supporters need to be spanked, long and hard and I think Obamma Lamma Ding Dong supporters are just the ones to administer punishment.

My mother was a delegate to the ‘72 Democrat Convention, and wound up getting locked in a hotel room for the duration of the roll call vote.

Hello Democrats. Your party is being railroaded for Obamessiah, as if it werent patently obvious. It's amazing to me that after eight years of whinging and whining about the 2008 election the Democrats are about to nominate a guy who didn't win the popular vote in their own primaries.
Of course, I have no sympathy whatso-blanking-ever for the Hildabeast, but the hypocrisy of it all is pretty staggering. If I was a Clintonista, I'd be irked.

Aha! Why they whacked her is in the details at the full article. She was going to vote for McCain, and said so openly.
State party chair Joe Wineke, an ardent supporter of John Edwards until he became an ardent supporter of Obama, began proceedings to strip the delegate status from Bartoshevich.
Joe Wineke, ardently whacked and stripped her of her convention delegate status.
Probably at the same time Riele was getting ardently whacked by John Edwards?
Democrats... the party of ardent whacking.
