Agreed, but the supreme court just ruled that ONLY murder can be punished by death. Check out the ruling on executing child rapists. The decision said that only murder could be punished by death.
One more reason for us to pick a new nominee, let's not forget the liberals on the Supreme Court that were placed there by Bush Sr and Reagan who continue to betray the United States.
McCain and Hussein will pick the same types of crazy liberal judges.
