Although it is just a copy, Obama's birth certificate is invalid due to one simple fact -- it is incomplete. Without the certificate number, there is no way that it can be validated.
Such a certificate can have really be anything, including:
- Never having been a certificate at all
- Being dated long after the birth occurred
- Having a fraudulent certificate number
- Having a certificate number that is inconsistent with other information on the certificate
- Having a certificate number that invalidates the rest of the document (inconsistent with dates, etc.)
Why was this information blacked out?
Only Obama and perhaps his closest advisors probably know.
How could there be any danger in disclosing it?
If the number was valid, it would be tied to the original document that should agree with everything that is on the copy. Since Hawaii will only release this to the individual or the next of kin, there is nothing to be lost by providing this number.
Unless......you are hiding something, or something on the copy is inconsistent with the original.
Therefore, even with all the excellent work done by Techdude and others, the copy provided is invalid in that information, the certificate number, was removed by blacking it out. End of discussion.
Seems like since he is running for President, someone could sue him to determine his eligibility. People challenge ballot eligibility all the time. It would seem he would have the burdon of proof to show he is a natural born citizen.
That’s what I’ve been saying lately. It’ll be up to some activists. The MSM is tiptoeing past this one.
MCcain’s eligibility was brought to court, why don’t we do this? I’m not kidding...who’s a lawyer here? How much could it possibly cost? we raise 75K every quarter here, we could do it.
Where’s Richard mellon Scaiffe when you need him? Oh..he’s a liberal now...Sorry. But seriously, why can’t we do this?
You know, you’d think that Hillary’s campaign would have vetted this out already.
What? Rules, liberty, honor, truth - where do you think you live, dufus?
The media will get to this story right after they get around to covering the Breck Girl story...
I would start with the guys who have had legal success, like Doug From Upland. He’s already said he’s too busy. But we should see who they would recommend.
It's time to address the issues. The two candidates' constitutional qualifications to run are met. Any energy wasted on this is just mental masturbation.
This is a story for the blogs, not the MSM. Like the Dan Rather forged documents story. The MSM won’t investigate.
Likewise the auditors of a bank would step in to keep it from making bad loans and going insolvent ...
While I won’t jump on the “Obama not eligible to be POTUS” bandwagon, I do find it i credibley suspicious that a copy of his REAL birth certificate has not been released. What is he hiding?
What is he hiding?
Exactly! There is something very strange here, it may have to do with a number of things that seem suspicious in the provided copy.
Unfortunately, if a post/thread I read recently is accurate, candidates only have to sign a statement that they are qualified. The only party that can compel evidence is another candidate for the same office. Thus- McCain... and we know he won’t do squat.
Dont know how you go about challenging it
You think Hitlary would have done so already
Everything about BHO doesnt add up
No history, everything seems to disappear (law cases, senate notes, college thesis)
Then you have all his radical associations (Ayers, Wright, Michele etc)
The media and the masses have a sick love affair with the guy. Personally, he scares the hell out of me.
Bob Barr? Ralph Nader?
I’d at least consider contacting Barr and Nader.
Someone, probably Obama himself, made a deliberate decision to withold the certificate number, if there was one at all. There is z REASON, IMHO. Declaring confidentiality won’t cut it, medical records are also covered by the privacy act, but are routinely released, but not by Obama, but that’s another thread!
I am beginning to suspect that this lug was born before Hawaii became a state.
