Besides high prices for the carp they sell at malls, thuggery is the #1 reason I've only been to a mall 3 or 4 times in the past 8 years.

Christopher James Gamble, 17, is accused of stabbing a 15-year-old boy in the buttocks during a fight outside the mall, Raleigh police spokesman Jim Sughrue said. The victim was taken to WakeMed and and treated for non-life-threatening 'butt' embarrassing injuries.

A tent size, knife proof, fishing net that could be shot over a large group would be nice. Sharks, fish and minnows could be sorted at leisure and none get away.

“The brawl began when the thugs started throwing high-priced carp at one another...PETA has yet to weigh in on this controversy.”

Southpointe in Durham is also a haven for gangs. I refuse to go in the evenings and on weekends. There are so many gang bangers running around that I often wonder if a gun fight might break out. If they aren't gang members, they sure dress like them. Maybe the local police should open a sub station (or a donut shop!) in the mall, the added police presence might be a deterant.

(Unfortunately, Mr Worsley's crab will not be displayed in any museum. A friend has eaten it.)

Lyndon B. Johnson: [Putting medal on Forrest] America owes you a debt of gratitude, son. Now I understand you were wounded. Where were you hit?
Forrest Gump: In the buttocks.
Lyndon B. Johnson: Oh that must be a site.
[Whispering to Forrest]
Lyndon B. Johnson: I’d like to see that.
[Forrest shows him; Johnson walks away embarrassed]
Lyndon B. Johnson: damn, son.

Besides high prices for the carp they sell at malls If you think carp is overpriced, you should see the price of flounder! Geez, it's like $3 or $4 more per pound at the mall near my house than at the local fish market. And don't even get me started on the price of trout.

Just for the halibut.

Isn’t the NEW and improved DIVERSE and multi-cultural America great!
Geesh, life must have been so boring pre-1965.

This solution was suggested by a friend of mine -- a middle-aged black man who lived in DC his whole life.
"Every Friday, police drive up to the nearest gathering of hoodlums in the neighborhood, select one at random, and hang him right then and there from the street light.
Problem would disappear after 2 or 3 Fridays.

Raliegh and Durham must have really gone downhill since I was last there. Shameful, they were both nice places.

In a perfect world, right?
The fact of the matter is, the gov is more interested in going after some pencil-neck white guy who’s practicing Mormonism 1800’s style than they are in putting a stop to the gang-bangers who shoot up malls and neighborhoods.
You can take that to the bank!
