California Democrat Nancy Pelosi, the first woman speaker of the House, will promote her upcoming book, “Know Your Power: A Message to America’s Daughters” in three television appearances Monday: NBC’s “Today”, ABC’s “The View” and Comedy Central’s “The Daily Show with Jon Stewart.”
Something to watch for: will the ladies of the “The View” be able to keep it clean? During a 2007 Pelosi appearance on the program, Barbara Walters and Whoopi Goldberg fawned over Paul Pelosi, the speaker’s husband, who was sitting in the audience. The banter between the two hosts got a bit bawdy with the well-mannered Pelosi.

I could be wrong, but isn’t this the same reason Newt was kicked out of Gov. because he wrote a book while in office, and wasn’t there something about Queen Hillary doing the same?
Or is this a case of Reps can’t and Dems can?????

I’m glad I’m not her editor. It probably took months to transfer her garbage from crayon to the print press, and this process was slowed down by the thousands of spelling corrections that had to be made.
My question is why did everyone trash Newt for having a book deal and Nancy gets a pass?
She announced her candidacy the other day.
