Hooters hotties took to the Broward Center for the Performing Arts on Tuesday night, July 8, for a chance to win Miss Hooter’s International. Of the 130 bronzed bodies from all over the world, only one could be most worthy. Sara Hoots, from San Antonio, TX took the crown.
The 12th Annual Miss Hooter’s International event wasn’t just a celebration of beauty, but also the 25th anniversary of the first Hooters, which opened in Clearwater, FL in Oct. 1983.

I’ve been to only one Hooters ever, in mid-town Manhattan, and the “waitresses” were rather skanky — just one small data set of course, but it did not inspire me to visit another Hooters ever — they were not very attractive, not very nice (probably due to being hit on by too many drunken leering horndogs), and the food certainly was not worth going back for. Haven’t been to a Hooters since.....
