Anything for that all important SCOOP. It appears the Taliban invited the reporter to take photos and videotape the execution.

They probably gave him a choice...”You or him..”
To: chessplayer
Doesn’t that sort of make him an accomplice to murder?

The AP once tried to pretend they weren't the enemy but have since decided openness is their best policy.

Another reason to boycott AP here at Free Republic.

A coward recording the deeds of cowards for publication and profit by cowards. There was a time when reporters were worthy of respect. Many of the current crop of “reporters” are beneath contempt.

Dan Rather would be proud of this Taliban supporting, ‘journalist first’, professional.

I don’t see how he could have stopped it, and at least by photographing it he documents the barbarism for the world to see. I think he did the right thing, given the absolutely appalling circumstances.

Al Queda/Associated Press assasination of women. The NOW vermin and democrat party cockroaches have no comment, of course. Nice friends you have there, liberals.

He had plenty of advance notice. He could have called the US commander for the area, and they could have set up an op to exterminate these subhuman scum and rescue the two women.

What that rundown leaves out is that photographer often gets up close and personal with our own troops. If you read the comments on LGF, you’ll see that posters have linked photos of our troops in Afghanistan that are attributed to the same guy.
